Nathan won the M. Wynn Thomas Prize ‘New Scholar Category’ in 2016 with his essay ‘Ann heard Him speak, and Pantycelyn’: The Unexpected Relationship between R. S. Thomas and the Calvinistic Methodists’. It was later published in The International Journal of Welsh Writing in English (2018).
